Position Summary:As a Decoration Specialist, Digital within our Decoration Team, you will play a crucial role in executing customer logo placements, scaling designs, and ensuring they meet brand standards. Reporting to the Decoration Manager, you will leverage your expertise in digital design tools to enhance the visual appeal of our products. While you have the capability to choose thread colors, your primary focus will be on digital design aspects.Key Responsibilities:•Utilize digital design tools to execute customer logo placements and scale designs according to specifications.•Ensure that digital designs align with brand standards and customer expectations.•Choose thread colors based on customer preferences and design requirements.•Collaborate with Embroidery Specialists to ensure harmonious integration of thread colors with digital designs.•Conduct quality checks on digital designs to identify and rectify any discrepancies or imperfections.•Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain high standards of visual appeal.•Work closely with the Embroidery Specialists to coordinate thread color choices and ensure a seamless integration of digital and embroidery processes.•Collaborate with the Sales and Merchandising teams to understand customer preferences and design expectations.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or a related field.•3+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on custom logo placements.•Proficiency in digital design tools and software.•Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.•Effective communication and teamwork skills.Company Background and the Path AheadGreyson is a pioneer of innovative products and design, a lifestyle brand with emotional connections to our consumer through authenticity and dedication of service.
