This position will provide training for multiple aspects of operations.

- Comfortably work consistently with industrial sewing machines, including regularly threading needles
- Read and interpret relevant information for work orders
- Critical thinking with an exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to identify, inspect, and assess color and image placement
- Operate and manage necessary equipment
- Maintain quality and productivity throughout production run
- Adhere to safe work practice from policy manual
- Must wear steel toe shoes / boots in warehouse
- Maintain clean, safe, and well organized area
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor
- Must be able to work overtime
