Our promise is to provide outstanding service as it remains to be our first and foremost mission.Shift: 11pm - 9am - Full TimePosition Summary:As a Dedicated Dispatcher for Pyle you will be the point of contact on your shift for communicating Dedicated driver needs and changes.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Dispatching drivers in TMW system; managing assigned driver schedulesMaking sure that drivers show up for assigned start time so they can meet customers cut timesBeing the point of contact on your shift for communicating LTL driver needs and changesInteracting with customers shipping teamInsuring drivers are following PYLE SOPS (fuel at the end of shift, DVIR, accurate paperless logs)To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:HS Diploma or equivalentGood computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft desiredAbility to solve problemsGood communication skills; excellent attention to detail and decision making skillsTeam oriented with good interpersonal skills; demonstrates initiativeThe following skillsets are preferred:LTL, Dedicated transportation or warehouse operations backgroundPrior dispatch and routing experienceFor a full job description associated with this posting, please contact A.
