The Dedicated Network Provider Requests Specialist is responsible for quickly identifying, recruiting, and contracting with mental health providers on an ad-hoc basis relating to special projects, for example on pilot programs, priority accounts etc. contingent on business needs. They will also provide referral sources to clients to support their care.
- Identify and recruit providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych's professional provider network
- Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a client
- Complete follow-up with clients through completion of referral
- Document all referral information in our database within the Network process and clinical process.
- Work closely with ComPsychs clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client
- Bachelors degree required
- 2+ years of professional experience preferably in Psychology/other behavioral health related field or with insurance and benefits
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to prioritize and work independently including high-speed internet and quiet home office set up
- Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
- Ability to meet daily production expectations
