- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey
- 7+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in trucking, products liability and premises liability preferred
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
- Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims
- Handle court appearances and conduct depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
