Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Trainer / Facilitator to join our team at BRC. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing DEI training programs across the organization. This role is crucial in fostering an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and respected. The DEI Trainer / Facilitator will work closely with the Chief Equity Officer, leadership, HR, and various departments to promote DEI initiatives and ensure they are effectively integrated into the company's practices and policies.
