Fast paced Supermarket seeking a Deli Manager to join our team!Responsibilities include but are not limited to -
- Slice, package, weigh, price and label items for retail sale
- Build visually attractive displays, replenish and garnish trays and the back bar,rotate and replenish stock as needed.
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
- Receive loads while keeping an eye out for freshness and condition of products.
- Unload deliveries into the walk-in box and pack out products on to the retail floor.
- Ensure product availability, quality and freshness by proper rotation, pack-out and replenishment of products on the shelves and in deli cases to help maximize profitability and minimize shrink.
- Operate relevant equipment in a safe and productive manner
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years deli experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities.
