- Cleaning & Organization - Hot case and grill areas are kept clean and clutter free.
- Cook to Order - Meals are prepared as ordered if required by position.
- Fast & Friendly Service - Engaging our customers with friendly service.
- Line Cooking - Line cooks in back are preparing product as needed.
- Order Filling - Special orders are being filled.
- Set Case - Hot Case is full and fresh by 11 am is required by position.
- Follow POG's & Merch Plans - Read and understand all Plan-o-grams (POGs) and Merchandising Plans for the week.
- Outgoing - Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer.
- Product Knowledge - Knowledgeable about all of the products in the hot case and can comfortably make recommendations for customers.
- Recipe Knowledge - Able to prepare meals per production guidelines and recipes.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 18+.
- Deli/Restaurant experience or willingness to learn!
- Must be able to work between the hours of 4:00 am to 3:00 pm with weekends and holidays.
