Base salary - $55,000-$65,000 + uncapped commission

You will:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with business development teams to understand client needs.
- Use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
What You Bring:
- 18+ months of recruitment experience (180 or 360 role).
- Proven ability to manage and grow candidate pipelines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, with an ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
