Precious water resources are being squeezed by a growing population and lower rainfalls, so were helping them take steps to save every drop, every day and to help us all love every drop every day.
**Why we need you**
We need you to help us help Anglian Water as one of our safety minded Supervisors to aid in our leakage drive. As Delivery Agent on our Planned Works and Asset Health (PWAH) team, you will work closely with Engineers, Highways Authorities and Developers to plan, organise and support field resources in the day-to-day operations across several programmes/schemes in the Western Anglian region.
PWAH are the team that helps support leakage and are responsible for fixing any larger leaks that the technicians find, and for identifying plannable repairs. These include main laying schemes, meter replacements and planned repairs to burst mains.
You will liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to monitor progress, maximise day to day organisation and competently plan and control all resources, ensuring all administration meets CDM and temporary works requirements.
**What you need to be successful in the role**
We need you to have undertaken NRSWA Supervisor training, SSST/SMSTS or IOSH training, Temporary Works supervisor training and to have achieved a CDM awareness qualification

An understanding of water quality regulations, experience of water mains construction and a desire to maintain the highest level of health and safety compliance
