Team SAYO is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates. We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. As a Delivery Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring packages are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of SAYO and Amazon as you deliver packages to homes, retail locations, and other delivery destinations. This is a fast-paced and physical job; working up to 11 hours each work day. This requires determination, stamina, excellent driving skills, and the ability to work independently.You will have the opportunity to work with a reputable delivery service provider that partners with Amazon, one of the world's largest e-commerce companies. You will be the face of Say Operations and Amazon as you deliver packages to homes, businesses, and other delivery destinations. If you are driven; like to take pride in what you do; and enjoy physical work, this is the perfect opportunity for you.*Delivery Driver Responsibilities** Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner* Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition* Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records* Adhere to safety procedures and traffic laws while driving* Use company-provided technology to efficiently route deliveries* Provide excellent customer service* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet delivery goals* Follow protocol at all times* Work in all weather conditions - heat, cold, rain, snow* Handle stress well* Take constructive criticism with a willingness 'to excel at your job' attitude* Have a positive attitude and show professionalism and respect while at work*Delivery Driver Requirements** Be at least 21 years old* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening* Own reliable transportation and a cell phone* Work at least one weekend day* Ability to be on the move non-stop for up to 11 hours each work day* Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds* Prior experience in delivery or logistics preferred, but not required* Excellent navigational skills* Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.* Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong time management skills and ability to work independently* Desire to be the best you can be at your job*Delivery Driver Benefits** 4 day work week with 3 days off* Flexible scheduling options* Opportunities for overtime pay* Paid Time Off Accrual* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* 401K with employer match* Tuition Reimbursement
