Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

  • Lead and develop the service delivery function, leading strategic initiatives and embed a culture of continuous improvement through the delivery team while meeting customer delivery deadlines and quality standards
  • Enable and champion a service delivery culture, promote ongoing service improvements, to improve quality and client satisfaction
  • Take accountability for the identification, mitigation and management of all risks relating to the delivery of the business outcomes to assigned region/portfolio
  • Driving territory-level multiple projects/portfolio
  • Responsible for end-to-end ownership of execution and delivering the milestones on committed schedule, cost and quality
  • Review the code created by team and provide review comments to the developers
  • Ensure ADM is positive at portfolio level
  • Project level technical escalation management

Business Growth & Management:

  • Managing P&L and Budget at the territory level
  • Collaborating with PD Manager on staff skill analysis, staff progression
  • Support client partners in harvesting the account, weekly call with client partner for the account-level updates
  • Works closely with client partners, client stakeholders, and delivery team
  • Go-to person for client partners regarding any technical and functional needs
  • Collaborates with client partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive project deliverables from kick-off to go-live in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and manage budget evaluation and report with regard to project
  • Responsible for creating new ideas, managing budgets and timelines on projects and developing long-term plans following company direction
  • Responsible for analyzing and publishing project health insights and dashboards with VPs, CPs and Executive leadership

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT consulting company
  • Salesforce Certified System and/or Application Architect is preferred.
  • 5+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem with deep knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce Platform and Cloud Products.
  • Customer-oriented mindset along with continuous improvement initiatives and the ability to work independently
  • Strong technical proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and tools, with expertise in Apex, API Development, Lightning Web Components, and LDS.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor members at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, with the ability to make well-informed technical decisions.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD methodologies and tools, and a commitment to continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders locally and globally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience leading Pre-sales activities from offshore for new opportunities and proposals
  • Experience in handling escalations and taking complete responsibility and ownership on all critical/major issues related to delivery
