Our innovative approach combines design, engineering, and scale to create cutting-edge solutions for our clients.Right now, we are looking for a Delivery Director with Retail or FS experience to join our team!You will get the chance to:Be accountable for the delivery strategy and client satisfaction of the assigned account or portfolio of accounts.Address delivery escalations on all ends and directions.Ensure scalability and sustainability of operations in the assigned portfolio.Align large operations or a portfolio of smaller accounts facilitating and fostering pod autonomy with the goal of delivering high-value solutions to clients. Is expected to achieve a consultative partnership with their clients by delivering solutions at any stage from business strategy to product definition.Development and evolutive maintenance.Set the direction of all the pods.Address escalations on all ends and directions.Ensure a scalable and sustainable ecosystem is in place.Lead high complexity accounts by coordinating PMs/SMs activities and performance, ensuring that financial and delivery goals are met.Put together a growth strategy of an account with $10mm potential. Or any of these scenarios:- Has a $10mm portfolio of accounts that share an industry or belong to a holding;- Manages at least $10mm of an account which bills more than $10mm (accountable for a program, a group of projects, a service line, etc.)- Successful implementation of a hunting conversion to stabilization (has participated in the whole pre-sales process, account set-up, growth).What will help you succeed:Advanced English skills.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Strong background and recent hands-on experience in Software Delivery Management.Strong project or program management skills in a highly technical environment.Experience in successful implementation of a program with a scaled agile framework.Experience collaborating with Senior Level (VP+) stakeholders.Experience working in a pre-sales environment from solutioning to client communication.Knowledge of and experience in software development/Product lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) - IT role desired.Excellent business communication and time management skills required.Deep understanding of the client's business (e.g., fiscal years, matching strategy to key moments).Experience managing more than 3 accounts in parallel (50 FTEs avg each one) or 1 account/program of more than 150 FTEs - 10 MM+ revenue.Experience with pricing strategies that require taking care of macroeconomic variables such as FX, inflation, competitive rates, etc. desired.This job can be filled anywhere #Li-Remote in the United States.At Globant, we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment make us stronger.
