Delivery Driver HelperDate: Sep 19, 2024Location:Denver, CO, US**Requisition ID:** 32653**Job Summary**Delivery Driver Helpers assist Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently deliver the company's products (cases and kegs) to On-Premise and Off-Premise retail accounts from a commercial truck.**Major Functions**1. **Driver Assistance (80%)**1. Help drivers complete the assigned route in a safe, accurate and efficient manner in varying weather conditions and challenging environments (i.e., stairs, curbs, docks, tight parking lots)2. Execute quality of service in accounts including: rotation, stocking shelves, building displays, and organizing products1. **Safety & Compliance (20%)**1. Must comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) rules and regulations in addition to the Coors Distributing Company Policies and Procedures**Other Functions**+ Other duties as assigned**Knowledge and Experience Requirements**+ High school diploma or GED required+ Must have the ability to work well with different personalities on a daily basis in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment+ Must have excellent communication skills**Working conditions**+ This position is subject to varying start times and all work must be completed daily+ Requires face to face contact with customers in the market**Physical requirements**+ Must be physically capable of handling and delivering between 500 and 1,000 30 lb. cases every day and lifting up 165 lbs. consistently on a daily basis+ This position will be subject to assisting a driver who might be on light duty, thus resulting in the physical labor being performed solely by the Driver HelperApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.**Job Posting Hourly Rate: $20.50**Molson Coors is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
