Responsible for the delivery of all correspondence relating to Title and Escrow. The Delivery Specialist is a critical player that works with other team members to build a support line that ensures customer service and satisfaction for TitleOne Corporation.Provides support to the Team by performing such duties as delivery of loan packages, title commitments, commission checks, listing packages and other related documents. In smaller operations, this position may also lead to dual positions such as receptionist or customer service.Responsible for exchanging personal checks to cashier checks at various banks and/or credit unions.Assist team with various tasks such as purchase of office supplies, refreshments and/or miscellaneous needs.Administrative/Front Desk backup dutiesMaintain and record all repairs, oil changes, tune-ups, car washes that are done to the TitleOne Corporation vehicle on an as needed basis.Qualifications/Experience:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
