As an RMA Driver, you will play a critical role in connecting our fresh produce between warehouse locations, ensuring product accuracy, and maintaining the flow of our supply chain. You are a culture advocate who lives by the values of community and believes in making a positive difference.A Snapshot of Your Day:As an RMA Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a 24' or larger box truck, transferring products between our locations, managing product transfers, handling inventory discrepancies, and maintaining safe and efficient operations. Whether you are loading, unloading, or driving, you'll represent Foster-Caviness with pride.What You will Do:
  • RMA Product Handling: Receive and manage RMA products, ensuring they are accounted for and managed according to procedures.
  • Product Transfers: Build product transfers and load them onto the box truck for delivery to other Foster-Caviness locations.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Research and resolve any discrepancies in inventory, ensuring everything matches the records.
  • Occasional Small Deliveries: You will occasionally be responsible for making smaller deliveries (second runs) when required to meet internal needs
  • Lift and Load: Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and use equipment such as RF scanners, printers, riding pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to load/unload products.
  • Drive Safely: Spend 3+ hours driving daily while performing safe pre- and post-trip inspections of all equipment to ensure everything is in top condition.
  • Safety First: Follow all traffic laws, use proper PPE (gloves/masks), and utilize safe lifting techniques for all warehouse operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure that all transfers, product handling, and inventory tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
What You will Bring to the Table:
  • Passion: A sincere drive to make a positive impact on others and create a fun, engaging work environment.
  • Warehouse Experience: You bring valuable experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and using RF scanners for product management.
  • Box Truck Experience: You have at least 12 months of experience operating a box truck.
  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and do so safely while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Clean Driving Record: A clean background, MVR record, and a valid DOT medical card (or the ability to obtain one before starting).
  • Reliability: Flexibility to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with a typical start time of 10-11 AM.

  • Operate RF scanners, printers, pallet jacks, and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
