Job Description Bright Flag Recruiting has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time and part-time delivery drivers in Braselton, GA. Drivers will be operating out of the Braselton terminal, delivering packages to local businesses and residences near Blairsville. This is a rural and mountainous area. - Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- We operate six (6) days a week: Monday - Saturday.
- Weekends are required and are rotational.
- Employees typically do not work more than 5 days per week (full-time) and 2-3 days per week (part-time).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Pay: $160 per day
- Pay Frequency: Paid weekly via direct deposit

Responsibilities:
- Arrive at FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages
- Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections
- Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competently
- Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourself
- Effectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accurately
- Scanning and logging packages
- Provide efficient, safe delivery and pick-up of packages and documents while professionally representing the company
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Must pass a drug test (includes cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.)
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical physical exam (eligible for reimbursement by employer)
- Must be physically able to handle packages up to 150 pounds
- Ability to relocate to Braselton, GA before starting work
Experience:
- No experience needed
- Previous experience as a local driver, truck driver, route driver, courier, pick-up and delivery driver is a plus.
- If you have driven for UPS, Amazon, other FedEx companies, DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft, or any other similar companies, that is a plus.
