Job Description Posting on behalf of JMG Logistics , B right Flag Recruiting is looking for dedicated full-time Delivery Route Drivers in the Fort Worth, TX area. Drivers w ill ope rate out of the local terminal and will deliver packages to residences and businesses. As a Delivery Driver, you w ill be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, the ability to load and unload pallets using a pallet jack, and profici ency in opera ting a manual transmission vehicle. No CDL license is requ ired ! Starting Pay: $160/day (based on experience) Terminal: 4901 Village Creek Rd Fort Worth, TX 76119 Schedule: Monday-Sunday operation, must have weekend availability, and drivers should expect to work at least 1 weekend day. The hours are 8:00 a.m. until delivery completion. Delivery Driver Benefits:

Delivery Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- Must submit to a background check and motor vehicle report
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (FedEx pays for this)!
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up all packages daily w/in the prescribed time windows.
- Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily.
- Operate delivery vans safely, securely and competently.
- Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company.
- Report to the station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.
- Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.
