Job Description Bright Flag has partnered with a well known company in the Nashua, NH area and they are looking for dedicated full-time Delivery Route Drivers! Drivers will operate out of the local terminal and will deliver packages to residences and businesses. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, the ability to load and unload pallets using a pallet jack, and proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle. No CDL license is required!This position is ideal for those who enjoy the freedom of the open road, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Location: 10 State St. Nashua, NH 03063Benefits & Scheduling for Delivery Driver:
- Starting at $21.00/HR (paid weekly)
- Approximate hours are 11:00am - 9:00pm
- Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day
- 4-day work week for full time
- 2-3 day work week for part time
- Working one weekend day is required

Requirements of Delivery Driver:
- Successfully handle and deliver packages (up to 50 lbs) in a timely manner
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening | No Marijuana/THC testing
- Clean motor vehicle report
- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
- Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
- Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
- Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
