Job Description Bright Flag, on behalf of Kade Logistics, are looking for full time delivery route drivers in the Danville, IL area! Drivers will operate out of the local terminal and will deliver packages to residences and businesses. We are also hiring drivers to join our AVP program! These drivers will make deliveries using their own personal vehicle. Packages will be delivered to you, and you will deliver to residential or commercial customers using your own vehicle. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. You will operate out of the Danville terminal and make deliveries to residential or commercial customers. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, the ability to load and unload pallets using a pallet jack, and proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle. This position is ideal for those who enjoy the freedom of the open road, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Terminal Location: 3620 Borgen Drive, Danville, IL 61834Pay: $140 / daily for full time driver using company provided vehicle $18 / hour for AVP driversSchedule: 5-day work week | Weekends as needed | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Delivery Completion)Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
- Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Delivery Driver Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
- Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
- Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
AVP Driver Qualifications:
- * Must be 21
- * Must have valid drivers license
- * Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- * No DOT physical or CDL required
- * Vehicle must be registered and insured
