Your Primary function in the role will be as a Delivery Driver, with a 4 day a week work schedule (10+ hours per day); however secondary duties may include pulling orders, loading trucks, and basic customer service. May require overnight stays as needed.Role and Responsibilities:+ Delivering products to all New England states & parts of New York state.+ Unloading products off the delivery truck at customer locations.+ Interacting with customers with the understanding that each customer has different requirements.+ Completing company paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion.+ Abiding by all traffic rules and regulations.+ Ensuring that trucks follow all DOT regulations including logbooks (CDL not required).**SKILLS**+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.+ Prior experience in delivery.+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.+ Empathetic and personable, with the ability to connect with customers.+ Confident and able to handle challenges in a calm and timely manner.+ Punctual and reliable, consistently arriving early and ready to start the day promptly at 7:30 am.+ Able to take feedback and constructive criticism positively.+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.+ Demonstrates goal-setting abilities and a proactive attitude towards achieving personal and professional improvement.+ Ability to follow procedures, guidelines, and policies with extreme precision.**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
