Then apply now for our Part Time Delivery Driver role for our Davenport Route. The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of supply products to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to customers. Please note: this is a part-time opportunity that will work year-round, filling in for Delivery Drivers who are on vacation.Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays - 7:00am to 5:00pm*Could require additional hours for projects.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesLoads truck with products to be delivered to customers; organizes delivery tickets according to daily schedule. Delivers products to customers within specified schedule; works with customer service to resolve any issues with orders.Loads/unloads delivery vehicle manually or with appropriate equipment. Picks up products from customers to be returned for credit and delivers back to warehouse.Processes delivery paperwork in accordance with procedures.Inspects and maintains assigned vehicles; reports any mechanical problems.Assists with warehouse operations as needed.Other duties as assigned.Educational / Experience RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent along with a valid Iowa driver's license and a good driving record required. Prior experience operating a forklift; computer applications and data entry experience; experience communicating in-person with customers highly preferred.
