Job Description
As a Delivery Excellence Lead at our Florham Park, NJ location, you will play a critical role in driving North America Growth Management (NA GM) by collaborating with various business leaders and enabling groups such as Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition (TA), and Resource Management Group (RMG). Your primary focus will be to enhance delivery excellence across accounts by partnering with individual delivery leads.
Key Responsibilities
Drive NA Growth Management
Collaboration: Work closely with different business leaders and enabling groups (HR, TA, RMG) to drive NA GM initiatives.
Modelling and Analysis: Develop and model various options considering people mix and organizational pyramid structures to optimize resources and operations.
Experience Utilization: Leverage past experiences in similar roles to effectively manage and drive growth.
Delivery Excellence
Pyramid Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of the current resource pyramid and identify opportunities for optimizing the mix.
Best Practices: Collaborate and disseminate best practices across teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in delivery processes.
Delivery KPIs: Generate, monitor, and analyze key delivery KPIs to measure and improve performance.
Resource and Talent Management
Bench Management: Work closely with RMG and TA on managing the bench and forecasting the talent pipeline to maintain the right skill sets and a healthy bench.
Pipeline Forecast: Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting to meet future project demands and skill requirements.
Reporting: Publish detailed reports on key delivery KPIs for review by the leadership team.
Training and Development
L&D Coordination: Coordinate with the Learning and Development (L&D) team to organize training events across North America, ensuring skill enhancement and compliance with best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in similar roles involving growth management and delivery excellence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to model different business scenarios.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Proficiency in generating and analyzing KPIs.
Experience in managing bench resources and forecasting talent pipelines.
Ability to coordinate and manage training programs.
