Information Technology Services is responsible for AARP enterprise-wide technology and information security functions. Services range from infrastructure design and operations, system and software lifecycle implementations, enabling the mobile workforce and protecting AARP network, systems and data. A variety of technologies and practices are used including cloud computing, automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning within highly collaborative Agile teams.
The Delivery Lead II, Events & Engineering role drives predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on continuous team improvements. Engages in platform/product roadmap development and collaborates with stakeholders to assess information technology needs, define requirements, and develop solutions. Coaches the team on agile practices and ceremonies, facilitates activities, and leverages data to identify opportunities for team, process, or technology improvements.

Additional RequirementsAARP observes Mondays and Fridays as remote workdays, except for essential functions. Remote work can only be done within the United States and its territories.
