Role: Delivery Lead with Data & AI

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Leader to grow Data & AI Business in North America. Experience in Data Strategy, Thought leadership and lead the portfolio partnering with clients to modernize and cloudify its data ecosystem and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow & Maintain Data & AI portfolio for the client portfolios. Single point of escalation for Data & AI in the client portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures on cloud and on-prem platforms.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of data management tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Define data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data management.

  • 20+ years of experience in data architecture and management.
  • Expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, and Collibra.
  • Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
  • Experience with data governance, quality, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and Java.
