Role Overview:
A Delivery Leader with a focus on Property and Casualty (P&C) in an IT services company plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT services projects related to Property and Casualty insurance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the P&C insurance sector.
- Understand client requirements and expectations, and ensure service delivery aligns with these.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams involved in project delivery.
- Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Property and Casualty insurance processes and business operations.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
