Delivery Manager Job DescriptionAs a Delivery Manager at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. Your primary objective is to manage and optimize the delivery process, coordinate with internal teams, and uphold the highest standards of service quality. You will be a key player in fostering client satisfaction and maintaining effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery processes and resolve challenges.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between different internal departments.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to guarantee the delivery of services at the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their expectations and address any concerns.
  • Proactively seek feedback and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics related to delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance and improvement areas.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing delivery team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and integrate relevant advancements into the delivery process.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in a Delivery Manager or similar role within the outsourcing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of service delivery processes and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • MUST have managing experience in a call center.
Salary: $50k-$60k annuallyJob Type: Full-timePay: $28.85 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:
