Job Description:
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and be a part of an exciting journey as we look to nurture our next level of leadership. The core emphasis is on national contingent labor program managed internally by a client or through a strategic channel partnership with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and/or Vendor Management System (VMS).
In this role, you will be the fully accountable for client growth, service delivery - including, but not limited to - delivery/recruiting management, account management, process adherence, onboarding, compliance management, performance management, etc. You will manage dedicated delivery teams including recruitment managers, account managers and recruiters – with a focus on coverage, speed, quality & compliance.

You will be responsible for all the financial measures (revenue growth, gross margin growth, headcount growth) as well as client satisfaction parameters (client scorecards, SLA's, etc.)
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve business & operational targets for assigned portfolio of clients
- Manage the recruitment teams and partner with sales team to ensure delivery of staffing requirements
- Drive implementation and execution of talent acquisition strategies
- Utilizing position profile template and candidate persona's create knowledge base for top 20 skills across client markets and develop ongoing skill set training
- Develop sourcing and screening strategies for core skillsets
- Manage and provide guidance to the recruiting teams to source talented professional and creating talent pipelines.
- Team capacity planning and analysis
- Establish relationships with key client contributors Managed Service Providers (MSP) partners and prospecting to identify any lateral opportunities with the client
- Day to day tasks involves - conducting daily huddle to communicate and prioritize client requirements with internal delivery teams, client transactions, attending requirement spotlight calls, coverage management, interview preps/debriefs, offer closing, etc.
- Timely address and resolve all delivery and client issues
- Development and management of team KPI/SLA's - Submit weekly/monthly performance reports
- Develops and implements action items to drive production and quality
- Represent Mindlance at Quarterly Business Reviews with the client
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Over 5 years of experience in delivery/recruiting management, specifically within the Technical (IT) skill category
- Proven track record in supporting high-volume, fast-paced contingent workforce programs for large enterprise clients nationwide or regional mid-market clients
- Experience collaborating with geographically diverse teams and cross-functional teams
- Deep IT orientation with a broad understanding of various technologies
- Strong research and analytical abilities using spreadsheets
- Exceptional comprehension, communication, interpersonal, writing, and editing skills
- High-energy individual with a strong sense of ownership
- Dedication to continuous improvement
