escalate issues to Senior Leadership as requiredDelivery oversight to accomplish program objectives, continually striving to improve and meet the client's operational needsMeets company financials and program objectivesAccountable for the overall delivery performance of a portfolio of projectsIdentifies and implements key program metrics and leads development of situational awareness reporting and management tools for project teams to drive program successDeliver program reviews presentations to leadershipEffectively communicate business strategy and goals and how they align to the team's workHold the team and individuals accountable for results and recognize them appropriatelyExceptional sense of risk management, proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues that threaten the success of a project before it becomes an escalationAble to act as the escalation point and resolve large or high-risk issuesAble to coach others in appropriate risk managementEffectively work with Project Managers to help turn large scaled, complex, troubled projects aroundSuccessfully manage multiple, complex, simultaneous projects, including managing scope, time, cost, and quality of delivery for projects of any sizeDemonstrate honesty and compassion for customers' needsLead with expert financial management skills for time & materials and/or fixed price projects, including billingApply excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences throughout the company and customer executivesChallenge senior stakeholders on critical success factorsLeads negotiations with various stakeholdersEmploys an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style that works across the organizational teams and regions to gain support and implement positive and successful change initiatives to improve overall Project Management processes and toolsPromotes adherence to best practices, tools, and processes (e.g., onboarding, workplan, estimates, status reporting, communication plans, SOW, discovery tools, templates, etc.) as identified, defined, and deployed by the organizationCollaborate closely with Project Managers and other project leaders, providing direction to project teams to ensure best practices, tools, and processes by following guidelines and processes established by the organization.Maintain a culture of innovation, confidence and trust, best practice developmentChampion the promotion of integrity in all endeavorsParticipate in accurate forecasting of staffing demands for intricate projects of any size to with client and internal team to understand and ensure proactive staffing decisions to:Deliver projects in a timely fashionMitigate / reduce staffing riskMeet business financial objectivesRequirements5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role.5+ years Project Management experience with enterprise software implementations3+ years managing Deliveries and very large, complex projects (5000+ hours)Entrepreneurial mindset required, as the role needs capability of rapidly shifting focus and responding to ever-changing conditionsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsStrong consulting experience in both Program and Project ManagementFamiliarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferredKnowledge of software development process and cycleKnowledge of Agile project methodology is preferredAssociated experience in project delivery and/or Project Management qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.Advanced proficiency with Project Management tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, etc.Additional languages beneficialTravelMust be able to travel up to 50%, with the potential for international travelEducationBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.This job description is not intended to be all inclusive, and employee will perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required.To maintain our goal of remaining a diverse and inclusive company, WorkForce Software advocates for and promotes a diverse, equitable, safe, and professional workplace where all people feel welcomed and empowered.
