DELIVERY TECHNICIANRESPONSIBILITIES
- Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
- Deliver product and install in customer's home professionally
- Drive our company vehicles in a safe, professional, and defensive manner
- Make sure that all company vehicles are operating in a safe manner and are clean
- Follow the daily schedule board for deliveries and turn in correct paperwork
- Organize the store's backroom and assist in cleaning and assembling merchandise
- Confirm the customer's identification, collect the proper money, and get the customer's signature on the lease agreement
- Other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Neat, professional appearance
- Good knowledge of installation and hook ups of electronics and appliances
- Class E license within 30 days of hire
- Excellent driving skills
- Patience and empathy
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn, take direction and listen
- Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
- Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
