Rieck Construction is looking for a highly motivated, professional and organized individual for a full-time Construction Delivery Truck Driver. Area of service will be primarily in the Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati area. The position is represented by the following job description:
Job Description:Position Title: Delivery Truck Driver
Type: Full Time / Hourly
Salary Range: Hourly rate commiserate with experience
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Warehouse Manager

Primary Responsibility:Operates a truck that transports cargo to and from specified destinations. Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service. Loads, secures and unloads cargo. Operates and drives a boom truck in support of multiple job sites.
Primary Duties:- Deliver/pickup cargo in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain telephone contact with warehouse coordinator/manager to receive delivery/pick up instructions or to receive notice of changes in scheduled delivery/pickup
- Maintain logs of travel and cargo according to federal and state regulations
- Operates boom truck/crane
Secondary Duties:- Assist in vehicle maintenance
- Responsible for vehicle presentation
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed
Skills and Knowledge:- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform function of position
- Establish and maintain positive and professional work place relationships with co-workers
- Carry out all assignments with a professional demeanor
Minimum Qualifications:- Valid Ohio Class B Commercial Driver License
- Pass Ohio Department of Transportation Physical and Drug Screening
- Candidates must also complete a satisfactory behavioral profile assessment, drug screen and a satisfactory background check.
Preferred Qualifications:- Valid Ohio Class A Commercial Driver License
- Experience in operating boom truck and/or crane
