You will play a pivotal role in aligning sales and marketing to maximize our go-to-market impact. Your ability to create effective sales plays, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and intent-based marketing sequences will not only drive immediate revenue but also establish scalable processes that will influence our long-term success. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to engage with high-value developers and businesses, helping them discover the value Stytch can bring to their authentication needs.

What Excites Us
  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation or related fields, preferably focused on marketing to product or platform engineering teams.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, including ABM, events, content series, and intent-based marketing.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales and product marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
  • Experience in scaling a marketing function and/or building a team is a plus.
