As we see increased customer momentum and an opportunity to accelerate product development, we are looking for an exceptional Demand Generation Manager.
Where we need help:
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel lead generation strategy to generate and nurture high-quality leads
- Utilize a mix of inbound, outbound, SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing campaigns to consistently produce a high volume of qualified leads
- Design and maintain automated nurture workflows (email, outbound campaigns) to guide prospects through the funnel and convert them to become sales-ready leads
Sales Funnel Management:
- Receive and handle all inbound leads and ensure CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on MQL definitions, ensure data accuracy, and optimize handoff processes for maximum conversion efficiency
Technology and Automation:
- Leverage HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to segment audiences, create efficient workflows, track lead progress, and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Integrate and leverage services like Warmly.ai to automate lead capture and improve efficiency
What you bring:
- HubSpot Marketing Certification
- 5+ years' experience with B2B marketing programs, with a focus on lead generation
- Software industry experience, particularly SaaS, a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing
- Proficiency with a knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics); html and WordPress a plus and marketing automation tools
- Expertise with a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC and social media
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
