Duties & Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy - Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive B2C lead generation strategies across multiple channels to meet business objectives. Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectively.
Create and execute digital and outbound demand generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads cost-effectively, including but not limited to Google and affiliates, email marketing, ABM, PPC, PPL, social media, and new marketing channels.
Campaign Management - Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and events such as trade shows or conventions) to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
Technology and Automation – Must be highly proficient in HubSpot with the ability to automate workflows, manage the sales pipeline, segment audiences, and streamline lead management.
Analytics and Reporting - Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration - Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, hand-off processes, and feedback loops to enhance conversion rates.
Content Development - Oversee the creation of engaging and conversion-focused marketing assets, including landing pages, ads, email sequences, and social media content.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on lead generation.
· Proven expertise in multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, including paid search, SEO, and social media advertising.
· Proficiency in HubSpot required.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fied.
