Job Description:
Work Requirements: Full-Time in person with flexibility for remote dependent on performance. Job role will also require after hours and potential weekend calls/support of customers. The position requires prospecting from New York to California so potential for support needs until 8 PM EST.Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Customer Service / Sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage both affiliate and customer prospects to join R-Options. The position will require an organized, patience and persistence creative lead generation strategy along with the responsibility to develop and engage new customers both in Western NY and Nationally. You will be required to utilize database tools to identify potential customers that fit our ideal customer profile, get them inputted into Salesforce, setting up and following an outreach campaign that is focused our services for supporting their locations both locally and nationally as it relates to Structured Cabling, Access Control, Video Surveillance and Audio Visual Systems.Major ResponsibilitiesResearch accounts in databases and CRM to identify key players to generate interest in R-Options service offeringsCreation of a centralized prospecting database with the goal of setting appointments for the R-Options Account ExecutivesTools to be used include but not limited to Quickbooks, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, SharePoint, etc.Utilizing Zoominfo to create a mature database based on specific paranneters for potential Customers both located in Western NY and those that have multiple locations throughout the United States and CanadaDaily requirements/expectations are as follows:o 100 Closed prospecting tasks daily - utilizing phone, email, Outreach, Linkedln and other toolso Documentation of all tasks within Salesforce and creation of new tasks to followo Follow process of initial touchpoint (Call/Email/Linkedln), Follow up within 2-weeks, follow up within !­month and ultimately outreach ever 3-months to each active prospect - Patience, Process and PersistenceMarketing will provide access to PDFs, landing pages as needed for initial outreach, ongoing campaigns and social mediaSecure AppointmentsSecuring appointments with prospects through lead generating activitiesConfirming set appointmentsDirect pre-qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further communicationFollow-up on appointments as requested by the Account ExecutivesExpectations after 90 days is (I) appt. scheduled per day with Account Executive TeamRequirementsProven work experience as a Customer Service / Sales ProfessionalYou will be expected to generate future quantifiable sales pipeline and meeting agreed upon overall goalsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products, Salesforce, SharePoint, OutReach, Zoomlnfo and Google MapsFamiliarity with the products and services offered by R-OptionsHighly motivated and target driven with a track record of success in customer service and salesExcellent communication, organizational. coordination, selling and negotiation skillsPrioritization of time management and organizational skills is keyAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience requirementsRelationship management skills and openness to coaching and feedbackBachelor's degree in business or related field.Eager to learn and grow
