Demand Planning Manager

Our client, a mass market beauty brand, is looking to hire a Demand Planning Manager to join the team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office).

Job Duties Include:

• Develop demand plan with input from customer, history, external factors and trends
• Review sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast variances versus actual demand
• Manage end to end product lifecycle from product launch to discontinuation
• Plan KPI reporting both for internal and corporate purposes
• Monitor key forecast metrics with the objective to continuously reduce forecast error
• Follow key trends to ensure demand plan is incorporating trends as necessary

Job Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of business experience (preferably in CPG industry) with at least 3+ years of demand planning experience
• Bachelors Degree Preferably Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or similar field (MBA a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills working with large volumes of data, data management and reporting
• Experience with a Demand Planning System (preferably Smoothie/Netstock)
• Experience with SAP

Salary: $100k - $125k annually
