Overview
The Product Management team is tasked with articulation of the vision and leading the execution and implementation of PepsiCo's next generation global Digital and Data infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full Strategy & Transformation agenda, leading all Digital and Data product road mapped initiatives, and is intended to manifest as components of a Data/Digital platforms which enable all business functions at Global scale. We will achieve this by delivering a vision and strategic roadmap for best-in-class platforms, and consistently executing against key milestones in direct collaboration with global engineering and data science teams.
The DPS Product Director, IBP Americas will be a critical member of the global IBP product management team. Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is an orchestration layer which will drive enhanced decision making and cross-functional collaboration across PepsiCo. The solution will be enabled by state-of-the-art platform capabilities which extend end-to-end from demand planning to supply planning and touch nearly every aspect of the business from finance to marketing to sales and procurement.
This position will own technical solution delivery for the PFNA, and will work cross functionally with process, adoption, and strategy teams to deliver IBP for a local market. The Product Manager will have to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business and ensure IBP is positioned to drive optimal business value. This includes balancing the development of a global product vs. local market needs in collaboration with the Global IBP Demand Planning and S&OP/S&OE Leads.
Responsibilities
- Design the product template (including any global archetypes) of demand planning and forecasting product for the short-term, mid-term and long-term horizons, mirroring the 3 sub-processes of IBP (iS&OE, iS&OP and iSP).
- Partner with Global IBP Team to define IBP product strategy; define and prioritize product requirements, features and functionality across portfolio with product managers.
- Document and maintain the global DP products and global DP system architecture functional requirements (including UI, UX and data and analytics requirements), together with enterprise architecture, IT, digital product and D&A teams (including supporting any relevant RFPs).
- Own the build and expansion of the Global IBP Product.
- Act as the integrator role for all streams of work for the market.
- Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled for the market.
- Manage cross workstream dependencies.
- Own overall quality of product being delivered.
- Measure, manage and report on KPIs for the product in the market.
- Lead key stakeholders, business engagement, and product managers to socialize product plans and requirements, research, brainstorm and validate new functionality, and address any product issues.
- Sit alongside the IBP business owner.
- Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design, delivery, and engineering.
- Work collaboratively with regional and global partners.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $150,000 - $300,000.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.
- And an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

Qualifications
- IBP, Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP or S&OE experience required.
- 12+ years of product, program, or digital delivery management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience managing teams of up to 50 people, including contractors and non-direct reports.
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
- Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in quantitative or engineering related field preferred.
- CPG experience preferred.
- Experience working across geographies and cultures.
