At Aria Care Partners, our mission is to enrich the quality of life for every resident with passion and compassion.Working at Aria Matters!The PositionThis position is responsible for providing treatment to patients in Long-Term Care Facilities, which we serve by working with the DDS, clinical staff, and facility staff. Dental Assistants assist the DDS with treatment, as well as working with their Clinical schedulers, and nursing staff to ensure the facilities' needs are being met.LocationThis position covers their home market which includes driving up to a 2-3 hour radius. Mileage reimbursement is included, as well as paid time for all driving that exceeds normal commute time.Transport, set-up and take down equipment and supplies in room designated as work space by facility.Work with contacts at nursing home to coordinate chartsEnter chart notes for treatment at the time of treatment.Maintain dental equipment through regular cleaning and maintenance routines.Inventory supplies and order as needed.Ship and receive denture cases from lab on a daily basis.Requirements:3-5 year clinical experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant required.Valid Driver's License with no moving violations in the last 5 yearsWillingness to travel within a 3-hour radius.Must have own reliable transportation.X-ray certification is requiredBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefit package for you and your family, including:Partial paid drive time and mileagePortion of each day working from homePTO and Paid Holidays for FT Employees401k Retirement Plan with Company MatchInsurance programs including medical, dental, vision, company match for your HSA, FSA, company-paid EAP, and life and disability insurance, and more.
