Justin Garner Dentistry LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced High Value Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures
• Setup operatories and break them down after procedures.
• Utilize office software for charting and treatment planning
• Conduct four-handed dentistry techniques for optimal efficiency
• Effectively communicate with patients and staff to establish a smooth patient flow.
• Assist with helping to educate patients on their care.
• Take quality radiographs
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with procedures ranging from operative to endodontics, oral surgery, dentures and implants.
• Keeping dental cases organized and prepare for morning huddle.
