Our practice is looking for an energetic and self-motivated licensed dental assistant or hygienist who wants to work as a Dental Assistant/hygienist. Starting wage $38-47/hr based on skill level. 401(k) with match, employee and family dental discount, vacation and sick pay, medical reimbursement, bonus program and continuous learning incentives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant at Gallery Dental in Duluth, MN. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare to patients, assisting the doctor chairside and assisting hygienists.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited dental assistant program or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• X-ray and nitrous certification is a plus
• Dentrix experience is a plus
• Willing to train the right person with strong interest in dental care with our dental assisting school reimbursement program
