The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to teamwork. This role is integral to providing support to our core team and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

NATURE AND SCOPE: External contacts include a variety of third-party payers, healthcare organizations, students, faculty, patients, and other healthcare personnel.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Warmly welcome patients to the dental clinic and ensure their comfort during their visit.
- Assist in preparing patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
- Set up and organize instruments, equipment, and materials needed for dental procedures.
- Aid in the breakdown and cleaning of operatories between patient appointments.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of dental operatories to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
- Keep dental rooms well-stocked with supplies and materials.
- Prepare instruments for sterilization following established protocols.
- Assist in escorting patients to the check-out area after their appointments.
- Support inventory management efforts by monitoring and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide assistance to the sterilization technician as required.
