QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Helpful attitude, organizational skills, and fantastic problem-solving skills

Relevant experience in a business office, and knowledge of dental terminology would be preferred. Dental software experience would be a plus!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your typical schedule is as follows:

  • Monday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Friday, 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Our Dental Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for our patients, and you ensure they have a smooth, positive experience with us. Upholding a pleasant and professional attitude, you check patients in and out, schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and answer questions the best you can. Attentive to detail, you verify insurance, submit treatment plans, update patient records, and collect payments. You keep our reception desk neat and organized throughout the day, making our patients feel welcome and like they're in good hands.
