DescriptionOur prestigious dental office is looking for an amazing and motivated dental financial manager to join our team! Our privately owned dental practice is a PPO and FFS minutes away from NYC! We are looking for the needle in the haystack manager who is customer service and goal-driven. We offer excellent pay! The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator, have a comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures, should understand productive doctor and hygiene scheduling, collections, treatment coordination, and maintaining business systems. This candidate must have amazing customer service and phone skills. This is not an entry-level position and experience in a patient-focused office is a must.Responsibilities•Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards•2+ years of DENTAL management experience Required•Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills•Experience working front office and managing a dental office•Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and treatment planning•The desire to build and develop strong leadership skills•The ability to work closely with doctors to meet office goals•Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to support business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability•Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to set expectations to optimize patient experience and business performance•Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors•Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties•Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization's standardsQualifications•Experience working front office and managing a dental office•Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and treatment planning•Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to set expectations to optimize patient experience and business performance•2+ years of DENTAL management experience Required
