Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.Training and Development: Oversee the training and development of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.Recruiting: Participate in the recruitment process, from interviewing potential candidates to making hiring decisions, ensuring the office is staffed with qualified and motivated individuals.Compliance and Regulations: Ensure the office complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high standard of practice.Patient Relations: Manage patient relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times.Financial Management: Oversee office budgets, billing, and financial reporting, ensuring financial goals are met.Inventory and Supplies: Manage the inventory of office and dental supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and operational at all times.Scheduling and Workflow Management: Optimize office scheduling and workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and patient satisfaction.Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all patient and office records are maintained accurately and securely, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Stay Flexible: Be ready to handle additional tasks as required, adapting to the dynamic needs of the practice.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in office management, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in office management software and technology.Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in a healthcare setting.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Who We Are:At Diamond Braces, we believe in improving lives through healthier smiles.
