Implement and refine operational procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field. Prior experience in dental or healthcare facility management: 3 years office management, or 5 years front office experience Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in practice management software and basic IT systems. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written. Strong insurance background.
