Our busy Periodontal Specialty Practice is looking to hire a professional, outstanding, self-motivated Dental Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a caring and friendly disposition, be reliable, willing to learn and be able to multi-task. The primary responsibilities will be to handle all front office functions for the practice, keeping the schedule full and ensuring that our patients are the number one priority. Duties include but not limited to
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Greeting patients with cheery attitude
- Inform patients of dental office policies
- Scheduling appointments
- Presenting treatment plans
- Collecting payments
- Updating patient records
- Verifying insurance and scanning paperwork - - Key Competencies

- Knowledge of dental terminology a MUST

- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
