Job SummaryAs our Dental Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a healthcare or dental setting.Duties- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially using electronic health record - Dentrix- Coordinate patient flow and assist with check-in and check-out procedures- Handle billing inquiries and process payments- Collaborate with healthcare providers or dental staff to ensure efficient operationsDAYS/HOURS:Monday: 9:30 - 6 (usually one hour lunch team meeting, over the lunch)Tues and Thurs 11:30 - 8 (1/2 hour lunch)Weds - Closed (in future may add Wednesday)Friday/Saturday: 3 Friday's and 1 Saturday per month 8:30 - 2 (usually its the last week of the month where they won't work on Friday but will do the Saturday).SALARY: $22 - 25 per hour.BONUS PLAN: there is a team bonus, usually varies between $300-600 per month depending on making collections quotas.BENEFITS: Sick days, up to 3 week vacation over time, medical is offered if needed, Dental treatment is given through the office.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourRequirementsQualifications- Experience as a Dental Front Desk is required.- Proficiency in using Dentrix- Knowledge of dental terminology/procedures is needed- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, and staffBenefits
