Role Overview: As our Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of patient care coordination. You will collaborate with patients, dentists, and insurance providers to ensure seamless treatment planning while managing financial aspects and production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Coordination: Work closely with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Financial Management: Provide cost estimates, discuss payment options, and coordinate insurance benefits for patients.
- Production Oversight: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize dental chair utilization and workflow efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Patient Education: Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and oral health maintenance.
- Administrative Support: Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient records.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and regulatory standards, including HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:
