We are a well established and growing family dental office in the heart of Kalamazoo that provides high quality comprehensive care for our patients. We are a caring and supportive team that uses the lastest equipment and techniques to give our patients an exceptional experience. Compensation: $150,000 - $200.000 depending on experience. Dentist We are seeking an energetic, friendly and knowledgeable dentist who can provide a range of services to our patients. The dentist will meet with patients, assess their dental health, handle complex procedures, such as root canals, extractions, and oral surgery, and work with other staff members, such as dental hygienists and assistants, to provide our clients with exceptional dental services. You should also be able to assist in the management of the practice and promoting better oral hygiene. To be a successful dentist, you should be caring, communicative, and experienced in diagnosing and treating dental ailments. You should also be skilled with the various tools and procedures needed to correct dental complaints and ensure the oral health of patients. Dentist Responsibilities: Responsible for providing and delivering quality dental care to our patients Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations. Ability to communicate and educate patients effectively on the importance and value of dental care treatment. Restore decayed and broken teeth with proven techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas. Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment Dentist Requirements: Doctorate of dental surgery or dental medicine. State license and malpractice insurance. Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records. Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics. Good management skills. What are the perks and benefits?
