POSITION TITLE: DENTIST

FLSA: EXEMPT

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

* Bachelor's degree required.

* DDS or DMD degree.

* Current Florida license (or license from any state of USPHS assignee).

* Able to work in harmony with other dental staff.

* Supervisory experience preferred.

* BLS required.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

* Provide quality, comprehensive dental care.

* Oral examinations.

* Diagnosis and treatment planning.

* Prevention and treatment of oral disease and its consequences through preventive dentistry, oral medicine, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, endodontic therapy, periodontal therapy, removable and fixed prosthodontics.

* Supervision and monitoring of dental staff at facility.

* Annual employee evaluations, weekly time schedules, and vacation schedules as assigned.

* Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Guide, oversee, and supervise dental personnel as assigned
